Julia: I never got a chance to check out Chez Maggy before we moved, but every time my husband and I passed by the place I'd say, "We should eat there sometime!" I've definitely heard good things, so if we're ever back in the old neighborhood, I will be sure to give it a try.

I have to add Chez Maggy at 4912 Wellington. Maggy cooks up homestyle Indian food, even grinding her own lentil flour to make pakora. The portions are insane (you will definitely be taking some home) and the prices are really reasonable. It's also BYOB. Maggy is a lovely woman - it would be great to see this business do well. She's been open for just over a year now, so it's looking good.

Mary: You're right, Naked Lunch now only exists as a canned foods producer, and the restaurant has changed hands (and names!) to become Terre Ferme. It's run by two of the previous Naked Lunch employees, according to this article in Voir: http://www.voir.ca/publishing/article.aspx?zone=1&section=21&article=66157
